SymptomsRun the UpgradeCustomerAccountProcess as per requirement in the ' Oracle Lead to Order Integration Pack for Oracle CRM On Demand and Oracle E-Business Suite 2.5 - Upgrade Guide Release 2.5 Part No. E18939-01' with the following parameters:
LoopCount = 500;
PageSize = 10;
Ebis_Host_Id = EBIZ_01,
Crmod_Host_Id = CRMOD_01
Though the setting does not make a difference to the error.
The raw xml audit of UpgradeCustomerAccountProcess shows:
<fault><remoteFault xmlns="http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension"><part name="summary"><summary>Invalid value '' defined for the property 'IncludeSubBooks'(SBL-EAI-04388)</summary>
CauseClearing the WSDL cache and redeploying the BPEL fixed the issue.
SolutionThe solution is to:
1) ensure standard wsdls were in place in $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/htdocs/AIAComponents/ApplicationObjectLibrary/CRMOD/ODR15/wsdls
2)Undeploy UpgradeCustomerAccountProcess
3)Clear wsdl cache
4)Restart iAS
5)Deploy UpgradeCustomerAccountProcess
