Symptoms
SBL-CFG-00172Hi there,
We are having trouble with our eConfigurator API. We have created a workflow
which is designed to add complex product to quotes. However, when we get to the create session
method of the Complex Object Service Instance an error message appears:-
The session was not
found in the cache. Please create it again with the lastest object instance [SBL_CFG-00172]. This
does not happen for all product. Only the majority and we are unble to see any clear difference
as to why one works and the others don't.
I have attached the workflow so you can see what
we are trying to do.

For the benefit of other users, the customer resolves own issue after it was found that the 'LoadInstance' method of the Complex Object Service Instance has an output argument of 'CreateSession'. If the value of this argument is set to 'Y', the CreateSession method is required after LoadInstance. If this argument is set to 'N', they then skip this Method in the process.Thanks,
