SBL-BPR-00243: Error running sub-process step '%1' in workflow process '%2'. The step has step recipients defined, but the process is not a long running flow.

Explanation

Only long running flows can have step recipients at their subprocess steps.

Corrective Action

Please check your workflow configuration. Either remove step recipients from the parent workflow process or change the mode of the parent process to "Long Running Flow".
