Symptoms

SBL-DAT-00414, SBL-DAT-00415

When click on New on any view, I receive the following error message:
1) An Internal error has occured due to an invalid definition for id business component.
Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.

2) An error has occured getting a new row id for the new record.
Please try again or ask your system administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.

For the benefit of the readers, the customer received the following error in all the views:

1) SBL-DAT-00415 An internal error has occurred due to an invalid definition for id business component.
Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration

2) SBL-DAT-00414 An error has occurred getting a new row id for the new record.
Please try again or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.

Cause

SSE_ROLE role was added to the User.SSE_ROLE role

Solution

Customer resolved this behavior by adding the SSE_ROLE role to the user that was getting the error.
