SBL-ADM-04011: Subsystem "%1" not found

Symptoms

We are trying to create a named subsystem and an object manager using the following command for Netegrity SSO to authenticate report user and getting the following errors.

srvrmgr:jupiter> create named subsystem SiteMinderSecAdptForReports for subsystem InfraSecAdpt_CUSTOM

SBL-ADM-04011: Subsystem "(null)" not found

It seems like the subsystem doesn't exist. Do I need to create a subsystem first? Please advise.

For the benefit of other users:

Problem:

Customer cannot create new named Subsystem using the Siebel Server Manager Command line as follows:

create named subsystem SiteMinderSecAdptForReports for subsystem InfraSecAdpt_CUSTOM

The error SBL-ADM-04011: Subsystem "(null)" not found has been displayed.

Resolution:

In Siebel version 7.5 you have to add a Section in the cfg of the Object Manager you are connecting to.
