Hi

We have installed Siebel CME 7.7.2. When I go to Application Administration/Business Service, and simulate the following business service -

Business Service - FINS User Registration
Method - GetApplicationInfo

I click Run, and get an error that the class cannot be instantiated. Please see attachment for details.

For the Benefit of Other Users:

The Business Service “FINS User Registration” is not being used by any of the vanilla Workflow Processes.
This type of “User Registration” BS is used in the Siebel Customer web applications like Siebel eChannel, eSales, etc.. For these applications, there is a link in the Home Page for new user registration that calls a specific workflow. All Workflow Processes related to Users Registration in vanilla use the Business Service called “User Registration”.

The Business Service “FINS User Registration” is now obsolete and so far is not being used anymore.

Use the “User Registration” Business Service instead of the “FINS User Registration”.

Change Request # 12-QI8IRP has been raised to address this behavior.
