Symptoms

SBL-DAT-00137

Hi Support,

I have a problem when doing the following steps on my application,

      - Navigate to Opties > Opties List > My Team Opties
      - do a query to retrieve 125 Opties
      - click on Chart view hyperlink
      - select Chart > Pipeline Analysis by Org (This a custom chart)
      - Show Opty Bookings
      - Click on one Opty name in the above List Applet
      - the application froze (and my IE browser needed to be killed)

I can reproduce this behaviour by using the dedicated client.
This problem seems to occur randomly, ie sometime I have to try to do all the steps many times before it occurs.
I tried to inactivate all server and browser script from Source View Applets and from Destination View Applets but the problem still occurs.
I raised the dedicated client logs to the maximum and I tried to compare the logs with the problem occuring and the logs with the problem not occuring. (See attahed files)
I can see an error that appears only when the problem occur, I don't know if this message is linked with my problem since there is no information on the support web about this error message.

(hfrcht.cpp (706)) SBL-DAT-00137: Invalid ASCII encoding for BLOB data (expect base64 encoding).

The chart we are using is a copy of a standard oppty chart with a different Data Point Field (using Primary Revenue Amount instead of Revenue).

Can you help me ?

For the benefit of other readers.

It was found that the issue could not be re-created after re-building the view with the same applets.
